About Better Call Saul

Better Call Saul Property Development & Maintenance is a hands-on building firm working across Sussex. We take on extensions, full renovations, loft conversions, kitchens and bathrooms, plus the everyday maintenance that keeps a property standing up — roofs, guttering, render, leaks and the long list of small jobs that never quite get done.

This site is for homeowners, landlords and small property developers who would rather deal with one reliable team than chase five different trades. Whether it’s a £300 repair or a £30,000 extension, you get the same clear price, the same realistic timeline and the same standard of finish. No sales patter, no vanishing act.

The firm is run by a small, experienced team of builders and tradespeople, with the same faces on site from first fix through to final clean-up. We help with the planning and building-regs paperwork, keep the site tidy, and tell you honestly when something isn’t worth the money. The name’s a joke. The work isn’t.

What we do

• Extensions Rear, side and wrap-around extensions built to plan — and built to last. Glass, brick, steel, done right the first time.
• Renovations Full-house refurbishments and single-room rescues. We turn tired, awkward spaces into rooms you actually want to be in.
• Property Maintenance Gutters, roofs, render, leaks and the long list of little things. Landlords and homeowners welcome, no job too small.
• Building Projects Groundworks, brickwork, structural openings and the heavy lifting. Every course of brick laid like someone's checking.
